Ingredients

  • 650 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 can vegetables (Mexico mix)
  • 50 g tacos (taco chips)
  • 100 g cheese, rated (Gouda)
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 3 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 4 tablespoon ketchup
  • salt
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet

Instructions

  1. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Finely chop the garlic.
  2. Heat the oil in a large pan, fry the onion and garlic in it. Add the mince in portions and fry until crumbly. Season with salt, cayenne pepper and paprika. Add tomato paste and ketchup, deglaze with 150 ml water. Let simmer for another 5 minutes. Drain the Mexico mix and add to the mince.
  3. Spread the mince mixture in a baking dish. Put the chips in the mince mixture and sprinkle everything with the cheese. Place on the lower rail in the hot oven (electric stove: 200 ° C, convection: 175 ° C, gas: level 3) and bake for 8-10 minutes.
