Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Peel the onions and cut into rings. Peel and chop the garlic clove.
  2. Heat the olive oil and fry the onions in it until translucent. Add the chopped garlic and fry. Add the tomato strains, season with basil, salt and pepper and reduce a little (approx. 10 minutes). Then stir in the cream.
  3. Wash the turkey meat, pat dry and cut into slices. Season with salt and pepper. Place the slices in an ovenproof dish. Top up with the tomato and cream sauce. Cut the mozzarella into slices and cover everything with it.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C top / bottom heat (convection: 150 ° C) for approx. 20-30 minutes.
  5. Serve with pasta and salad.
