Ingredients

  • 800 g turkey breast fillet (s) or turkey schnitzel
  • 20 g clarified butter
  • 2 onions)
  • 400 g mushrooms, fresh
  • 25 g butter
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 250 ml whipped cream
  • 125 g processed herb cheese
  • 2 slices canned pineapple
  • 2 slices cooked ham
  • 200 g Gouda, medium-aed, sliced
  • Fat for the shape

Instructions

  1. Cut turkey fillets into 2 strands (or cutlet into pieces) and fry all over in hot clarified butter.
  2. Dice the onions, clean and quarter the mushrooms. Steam the onion cubes in butter until translucent, add the mushrooms, fry, season, dust with flour and finally add the cream. Let the processed cheese dissolve in the sauce while stirring. Cut the pineapple slices into small pieces and stir in. Finely dice the ham.
  3. Place the meat in a greased dish, pour the sauce over it, sprinkle with the diced ham and top with Gouda cheese.
  4. Bake in a hot oven at 200 ° C top / bottom heat (convection 180 ° C) for about 20 minutes. Scatter chives cut into rolls over the finished casserole.
