Instructions

  1. Wash the zucchini well, cut off the ends and cut the zucchini in half lengthways. Remove the inside with the seeds (so that small hollows are formed) and place the zucchini halves in a baking dish.
  2. Cut the onion into cubes and fry together with the mince in a little hot oil. Add the squeezed garlic and tomato paste and continue frying until everything is a good color (don`t add the garlic too early or it will turn bitter). Season with salt, cayenne pepper, paprika powder and sugar to taste. Then add the diced feta cheese, stir briefly and pour the mixture into the hollows of the zucchini.
  3. Season the chopped tomatoes with a little sugar and herb salt and mix with the chopped tomatoes. Then place around the zucchini in the baking dish. Spread the grated Gouda on the zucchini and spread a little herbal salt all over.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for approx. 20 - 30 minutes at 180 - 190 ° C fan oven.
  5. Ebly sun wheat goes well with non-low-carblers.
