  • 1 banana (s)
  • 2 kiwi (s)
  • 1 Nashi pear (s), or normal pear
  • 1 handful raspberries, frozen
  • 1 mango (s)
  • some water

Instructions

  1. Peel the mango and banana and cut into small cubes. Halve the kiwis once in the middle and spoon out the pulp with a tablespoon. Then the frozen raspberries are added.
  2. When all the fruits are in the blender, add a little water. Close the blender and blend.
  3. Serve the finished smoothie in glasses with straws.
