Instructions

  1. Mix the flour with the baking powder and sift into a bowl, then gradually stir in the remaining ingredients. Take enough milk to create a thick pancake batter. Then bake small round biscuits - the peppers - in oil in the pan.
  2. Sprinkle with sugar, powdered sugar or a little cinnamon, depending on your taste.
