- 30 g cornstarch
- ml 1,000 milk, cold
- 75 g chocolate, rated
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- salt
- sugar

- Mix the cornstarch with 4 tablespoons of the milk. Heat the rest of the milk with the grated chocolate. Slowly stir the mixed cornstarch into the boiling milk that has been removed from the hob and bring to the boil again briefly. Add the vanilla sugar to the soup and season with salt and sugar.
