  • 20 g yeast (fresh or 1 pack dry yeast)
  • 400 g flour
  • 1 ½ cup lukewarm water
  • 0.5 ½ cup oil
  • Grease for the tin

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients in a bowl. First knead with the dough hook until the dough separates from the bowl. Then knead again by hand. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
  2. Place the finished dough on a greased baking sheet, roll it out and top it as you wish.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven at 190 ° C on the middle rack. The pizza is ready as soon as the edges of the dough are lightly browned.
  4. The batter is enough for a normal baking sheet.
