Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon mustard, sweeter
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 100 ml balsamic vinegar
- 100 ml vinegar (raspberry vinegar)
- 400 ml chicken broth
- 200 ml olive oil
- 200 ml oil (walnut oil)
- salt and pepper

- Mix the mustard, honey and vinegar together. Add the broth and stir in the oil with a whisk, season with salt and pepper.
- It can be kept in the refrigerator for at least 10 days. Should the oil settle, it is best to mix it with the hand blender for further use.
