Great Salad Dressing

• 2 tablespoon mustard, sweeter
• 2 tablespoon honey
• 100 ml balsamic vinegar
• 100 ml vinegar (raspberry vinegar)
• 400 ml chicken broth
• 200 ml olive oil
• 200 ml oil (walnut oil)
• salt and pepper

Instructions

1. Mix the mustard, honey and vinegar together. Add the broth and stir in the oil with a whisk, season with salt and pepper.
2. It can be kept in the refrigerator for at least 10 days. Should the oil settle, it is best to mix it with the hand blender for further use.
