Ingredients

  • 4 chicken leg (s)
  • 1 kg potato (s)
  • 2 onions)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 glass beans, fine (whole)
  • 1 packet feta cheese
  • 5 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 sprig rosemary, fresher
  • Paprika powder (rose paprika)

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into larger cubes or wedges. Cut the onions into rings and place in a bowl with the potatoes. Add the olive oil, the pressed garlic and the finely chopped rosemary needles. Salt and pepper the whole thing, mix well and let stand for about 1 hour. Season the chicken legs with salt, pepper and paprika and place on a tall, greased tray. Roast in the 200 ° C oven for about 30 minutes, turning occasionally. After 30 minutes, distribute the potatoes around the legs and fry for another 30 minutes. Cut the feta cheese into small cubes and distribute them together with the beans on the tray between the potatoes. Fry everything again for about 10 minutes. Turn everything occasionally during the entire roasting time. Delicious!
