Ingredients

  • 60 g olives, black, pitted
  • 2 spring onion (s)
  • 1 garlic clove (s), possibly
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 100 g yourt (1.5% fat)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • possibly lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Cut the olives into rings. Clean and chop the spring onions. Peel the garlic and press it through the press.
  2. Crumble the feta cheese, add the yogurt, olives, spring onions and garlic and mix. Season with salt (or / and lemon juice - as you like).
