Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 3 clove (s) garlic
  • 0.5 ½ bunch thyme
  • 200 g sheep cheese
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • 250 g cherry tomato (s)
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Soak the bun in lukewarm water. Then squeeze it out well and put it in a bowl with the mince.
  2. Wash the spring onions and cut into rings. Wash the zucchini and bell pepper and cut into cubes. Finely chop the garlic. Rinse 1 sprig of thyme, shake dry and chop. Cut the sheep cheese into cubes.
  3. Add everything to the minced meat and knead with the eggs to form a smooth dough. Season to taste with tomato paste, salt, pepper and paprika.
  4. Shape the mince into an elongated loaf and place in a greased casserole dish (also works in a box cake tin). Wash the tomatoes, cut them in half and place them next to them. Drizzle everything with olive oil, put the remaining thyme sprigs on top.
  5. Fry for approx. 60 minutes. Rice or baguette tastes good with it.
