Ingredients

  • 300 g pork (lean pork neck)
  • 6 large potato (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic, large
  • salt and pepper
  • thyme
  • oregano
  • olive oil

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes, cut into wedges and place in a baking dish. Season with salt, pepper, thyme and oregano. Press the garlic cloves and pour over the potatoes. Then season the meat with salt, pepper, oregano and thyme and place over the potatoes. Finally add a little olive oil and cover tightly with aluminum foil. Set the oven to 250 degrees and stew the dish in it for 1 hour.
