Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Season the meat with salt and pepper and then fry it. Add the onion and bell pepper and fry briefly. You can also refine it nicely with garlic. Add tomato paste, salt, pepper and cream (sour cream) to the broth. Mix well.
  2. Layer the uncooked Kritharaki in a baking dish alternating with the mince (meat). Finish with pasta. It also tastes very good if you add feta cheese or mozzarella to it. Pour the sauce carefully over it. Baked for about 45 minutes at 180 - 200 ° C.
  3. It tastes best if you let the casserole steep for a while before baking, then the noodles can soak up a little. For the last 15 minutes, I sprinkle grated cheese over it.
