  1. The best Greek people are obtained when we take minced meat and already cooked buckwheat porridge in equal shares, let’s say 500 g each. Salt and pepper the minced meat, add fried onions and 1 raw egg. Mix well with porridge.
  2. Divide the resulting mass into koloboks, about 100 g each.

  3. Form them into round cutlets 1 cm thick, which we roll in breadcrumbs and fry on both sides. You can fry Greek people in vegetable oil or lard.
  4. Ready-made Greek people are well served with a salad of fresh vegetables.
