  • 1 head iceberg lettuce
  • 2 red pepper (s)
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 150 g olives, black
  • olive oil
  • oregano
  • vinegar

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the lettuce. Cut the bell pepper into cubes. Also cut the feta into cubes. Beat the olive oil with oregano and vinegar, season to taste and add a little more water if necessary.
  2. Put everything with the olives in a bowl and mix. Let it steep for about 1 hour for the best taste.
