Greek Salad with Chinese Cabbage

If you’ve never tasted Greek Chinese cabbage salad, it’s high time to do it. Even if this is not quite a “traditional” recipe, the dish turns out to be very tasty, believe me!

Ingredients

  • Feta – 200 Gram
  • Peking cabbage – 300 grams
  • Tomatoes – 4-5 Pieces
  • Cucumbers – 2-3 Pieces
  • Olives – 20-25 Pieces
  • Onion – 1 Piece
  • Lemon – 0.5 Pieces
  • Olive oil – 5-6 Art. spoons
  • Salt – To taste
  • Ground black pepper – To taste
  • Dried Oregano – To taste
  • Sweet pepper – 1 Piece

Directions

  1. Chop Chinese cabbage with a knife – not too finely, strips about 0.5 centimeters wide are optimal. But this is a matter of taste, of course;).
  2. Wash cucumbers, dry and cut into “half moons”.
  3. Tomatoes – in wedges or slices. Not too small!
  4. Remove the seeds from the pepper and cut into strips.
  5. Crush olives with the flat side of a knife and remove the seeds.
  6. Chop the onion into half rings.
  7. Cut the feta into cubes.
  8. Combine all ingredients. Season with lemon juice and olive oil. Add salt, pepper and oregano.
  9. Mix. Now you know how to make Greek Peking Cabbage Salad!
