Ingredients

  • 1 head lettuce or iceberg lettuce
  • 0.5 ½ cucumber (s)
  • 1 yellow pepper (s)
  • 200 g cherry tomato (s)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 50 g olives, black
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • Oil (olive oil) for frying
  • Yoghurt dressing (finished product)

Instructions

  1. Wash the lettuce and pluck it into pieces. Clean and wash the cucumber, peppers and tomatoes. Cut cucumber in slices, peppers in pencils and tomatoes in half. Peel the onion and cut into rings. Mix everything together with the salad.
  2. Cut the feta into 15 cubes. Turn first in mayonnaise, then in breadcrumbs and fry in hot oil. Spread the salad on plates, pour the feta and olives over it and serve with the yogurt dressing.
