Greek Salad with Mustard Dressing

Today we will prepare a delicious Greek salad with mustard dressing – appetizing, bright, juicy and colorful! The salad is perfect for any diet. You can even serve salad for dinner.

Ingredients

  • Lettuce leaves – 70 Grams
  • Tomatoes – 100 Grams
  • Cucumbers – 80 Grams
  • Sweet pepper – 80 Grams
  • Feta cheese – 80 Gram
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
  • Mustard – 0.5 Teaspoons
  • Lemon juice – 0.5 Tbsp. spoons
  • Salt – To taste
  • Pepper – To taste

Directions

  1. Prepare your ingredients.
  2. Rinse and dry the lettuce leaves, tear with your hands and transfer to a deep plate.
  3. Rinse the tomato, dry and cut into small cubes, add to the salad.
  4. Rinse the cucumber, peel off if desired. Cut the cucumber into cubes and add to the salad.
  5. Then add the sweet pepper cut into strips.
  6. Cut the feta into cubes and transfer to the vegetables.
  7. In a bowl, combine butter, mustard, salt and pepper.
  8. Season the salad and serve.
