Boil water and cook pasta according to package directions. Cook for about 8 minutes.
Wash the tomatoes, cucumbers and onions. Cut the tomato into 8 slices. Remove the skin from the cucumber with a peeler if desired. Cut the cucumber into slices. Peel the red onion and cut into rings. Open a jar of olives and drain the liquid. Peel the garlic and pass through a press to make minced meat. Use a grater to make lemon zest
Add Greek yogurt, olive oil, hot sauce, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, feta cheese (1 tablespoon) and some salt and pepper to a food processor. Mix until smooth. Add olive oil gradually while the food processor is running. 4. You should have a mass like in the photo.
Pour the prepared sauce into a small bowl or dish. Rinse the lettuce leaves and pat dry. Place lettuce, cucumber slices, onions, tomato and olives on a plate and sprinkle with feta cheese on top. Add cooked pasta and pour over the sauce.
