Ingredients

  • 1 kg spinach leaves, fresh, cleaned and washed
  • 200 g sprin onion (s), cleaned, washed and cut into small slices
  • 1 bunch dill, washed and chopped
  • 150 g rice (lon rain), washed
  • 5 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 lemon (s), untreated, washed and quartered
  • a bit salt
  • some black pepper, ground

Instructions

  1. Glaze the onions in the olive oil in a large pan, add the spinach and simmer for 3 - 4 minutes. Add the rice and 600 ml of water, bring to the boil, add the dill, season with salt and pepper and simmer covered for 20 minutes. Stir every now and then and if it gets too dry, add a little water.
  2. Season with salt and pepper and serve with the lemon quarters.
