Ingredients

  • 750 g squid (s), ready to cook
  • 6 large tomato (s)
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.25 liter ¼ white wine
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • Lemon (s), for garnish

Instructions

  1. Wash the squids thoroughly, pat dry and cut into thin rings. Score the tomatoes crosswise, scald with boiling water, rinse and peel them. To dice tomatoes. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the squid in it. Add tomatoes and wine, bring to the boil and season with salt and pepper. Let simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  2. Wash the parsley, shake dry and finely chop except for something to garnish. Add to the squid. Season again to taste and let cool down.
  3. Garnish with lemon and parsley.
