Ingredients
- 1 thick cucumber (s), cut into cubes
- 5 medium tomato (s), cut into cubes
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- 2 medium onion (s), diced
- 3 teaspoons olive oil, if possible Greek
- basil
- oregano
- salt and pepper

- Dice the tomatoes, cucumber and onions. Cut the onions smaller than tomatoes and cucumbers. Put the vegetables in a salad bowl and rub the garlic evenly over the top.
- Now, chopped oregano and basil, spread evenly over it and then pour the olive oil over it. Finally, season to taste with salt and pepper.
