Ingredients

  • 500 g tomato (s), diced
  • 4 spring onions, cut into rings
  • 10 olives, black, finely diced
  • 250 g feta cheese, cut into cubes
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon water
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled mustard
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix oil, vinegar, mustard, water, sugar, pepper and salt to a salad dressing.
  2. Dice the tomatoes, dice the olives, dice the feta and rings the spring onions and add to the sauce.
  3. Mix briefly and let steep for at least 2 hours.
  4. Bread and grilled meat also taste good.
