Ingredients
- 500 g tomato (s), diced
- 4 spring onions, cut into rings
- 10 olives, black, finely diced
- 250 g feta cheese, cut into cubes
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon vinegar
- 2 tablespoon water
- 1 teaspoon, leveled mustard
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Mix oil, vinegar, mustard, water, sugar, pepper and salt to a salad dressing.
- Dice the tomatoes, dice the olives, dice the feta and rings the spring onions and add to the sauce.
- Mix briefly and let steep for at least 2 hours.
- Bread and grilled meat also taste good.
