Ingredients

  • 1 cup whipped cream, 200 g
  • 2 cups natural yogurt, 150 g, Greek
  • 4 half peach (s), (canned)
  • 3 teaspoons, heaped with vanilla sugar, preferably homemade
  • 1 brown sugar cane, as desired

Instructions

  1. Beat the whipped cream. Mix the vanilla sugar and yogurt with the whipped cream. Cut the peaches into small pieces and mix with the cream mixture.
  2. Sprinkle the bottom of the glasses with cane sugar. Spread half of the cream mixture on top. Sprinkle with cane sugar again and pour the remaining cream mixture on top. Put another layer of cane sugar on top of the cream mixture.
  3. Chill the glasses in the refrigerator for several hours before serving. The cane sugar then melts into the cream mixture.
