Ingredients

  • 400 g spahetti
  • Salt water
  • 400 g asparaus, reen
  • 200 g Goronzola
  • 2 pear (s)
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)
  • 4 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable stock
  • 1 pinch (s) pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Cut the spring onions into small pieces, the asparagus into pieces and the pears into cubes and fry in a pan with a little olive oil.
  2. Add milk and Gorgonzola and season with vegetable stock and pepper. Put the spaghetti in the sauce and serve.
