Ingredients

  • 500 g asparaus, reen
  • 1 bunch radishes, medium-sized
  • 2 spring onion (s)
  • 1 lettuce (lettuce heart)
  • 2 tomato (s) (bottle tomatoes)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 5 leaves marjoram
  • 1 stalk oregano

For the dressing:

  • 5 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 1 teaspoon tomato paste
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Spice mix, Italian

Instructions

  1. As already announced, it is a raw vegetable salad! Wash the asparagus and radishes thoroughly. Cut off the ends of the asparagus (do not boil, blanch or similar!) Very generously (at least 1/3). Cut the asparagus into small slices (approx. 5 mm thick) except for the heads.
  2. Cut the radishes in half into slices. Also chop the spring onions, tomatoes, lettuce heart and garlic and put everything in a salad bowl. Finally, add the very finely chopped, fresh herbs (you can also use dried herbs). Mix everything well. Here the color already whets your appetite.
  3. For the dressing, mix the ingredients well in the shaker, season with the spices and pour over the salad. Stir well and let stand for about an hour. Stir every now and then. Tastes great with grilled food!
