  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion (s), chopped
  • 1 clove (s) garlic, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 350 ml water
  • 500 g beans, reen
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil, sauté onions and garlic, add tomato paste and sauté for 1 minute. Deglaze with water and bring to the boil.
  2. Add the cleaned green beans and simmer gently for 45 minutes without the lid (only 20 minutes with frozen beans!), Season well.
