Ingredients

  • 30 French beans
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 2 teaspoons, heaped herbs Provence
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • olive oil

Instructions

  1. Wash the beans and pull the strings.
  2. Cook with enough salted water to just cover the beans for 15 minutes. Then pour it off and immediately add it to ice water so that it keeps its beautiful green color.
  3. Mix the cold beans with the herbs of Provence and wrap 5 beans each in a slice of bacon. Place with the open side in a hot pan with olive oil and fry on all sides with the lid.
