Ingredients

  • 300 g beans, reen, fresh or frozen
  • 3 tomato (s)
  • 0.5 ½ kl. Can (s) kidney beans
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • olive oil
  • 2 sprigs basil, as fresh as possible
  • Cayenne pepper
  • salt
  • 1 shot whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Fry the chopped onions in the oil, add the green beans and crushed garlic and fry briefly, then add the chopped tomatoes and kidney beans and let everything stew for about 8 minutes. Season and finally add the chopped basil and cream, season to taste.
  2. Delicious as a side dish with chops and potatoes.
