  • 500 g beans, reen
  • 40 g butter
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • pepper from the grinder
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Cook the beans until they are firm to the bite for 15-20 minutes. Leave out the butter, toast the finely chopped onion and pressed garlic cloves until golden, add breadcrumbs and toast briefly. Then add the cooked beans and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Tastes good with meatballs or meat loaf.
