Green Beans with Muer Mushrooms

Chinese food dish. Preparing green beans with mushrooms is quick and easy. Unusual and very pleasant taste.

Servings: 2

Ingredients

  • Green beans – 400 g
  • Dried muer mushrooms (black wood mushrooms) – 10 g
  • Ginger (root) – 2 cm
  • Garlic – 3 teeth.
  • Hot pepper – 1 / 2-1 pc.
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tablespoons

To fill:

  • Soy sauce – 2-3 tablespoon
  • Coldwater – 2 tablespoon.
  • Starch – 2 tablespoons

Directions

  1. Fry chopped garlic, ginger and hot peppers in vegetable oil
  2. Add the beans, cut into large pieces. I used a flat one, but an ordinary one will do. Fry lightly, add a little water and simmer for 5-7 minutes
  3. Add muer mushrooms. Mushrooms must be soaked in warm water for 30-60 minutes in advance, rinsed and cut into large pieces.
  4. For pouring, we combine water and soy sauce, dissolve starch in it. By tradition, corn is used, but rice and potato are also suitable.
  5. Pour the prepared filling into the beans and simmer the green beans with mushrooms for 5-7 minutes. Green beans with muer mushrooms are ready.
