Ingredients

  • 500 g beans, reen
  • 250 g pasta
  • 2 shallot (s)
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 40 g butter
  • 500 g mushrooms, brown
  • 125 ml white wine
  • 100 ml cream
  • 125 g oat cream cheese
  • 1 sprig thyme

Instructions

  1. Wash the green beans. Cut and quarter the ends. Put in boiling salted water and cook for 15 minutes.
  2. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. The noodles can also be cooked in the pot with the boiling beans. Simply add the pasta when the remaining bean cooking time corresponds to the pasta cooking time.
  3. Finely dice the shallots and put them in a pan over medium heat in the olive oil. Then turn up the heat of the pan, add the butter and the mushrooms cut into slices or pieces. Fry for 1 to 2 minutes over high heat, turning several times, then turn down the heat and deglaze with the white wine. Add the cream and simmer gently in the open pan for 5 minutes. Stir in the goat cream cheese and season to taste with salt and the torn thyme leaves.
