2 tablespoon flour
2 tablespoon. milk
50 gr. butter
1/2 teaspoon each salt, including pepper, pinch basilica
Moreover:
6 narrow lasagna plates
1 can (280g) Inchelad sauce
vegetable oil
100 g mozzarella cheese
Instructions
Boil the lasagna pasta in salted water, with the addition of a spoonful of vegetable oil, as written on the package, usually 8-9 minutes. Let it cool slightly, then separate the paste from each other, it is better to do this by greasing your hands with vegetable oil.
Boil chicken breasts, let cool, and chop finely. Stir the chicken, green chili, ricotta cheese, and salt until smooth.
Melt the butter in a gravy boat, add flour, stir until a homogeneous mass is formed, gradually add milk, whisking constantly, then add salt and spices. cook over low heat until the sauce begins to thicken, remove from heat.
On each plate of dough, layout the minced meat and wrap the roll, do the same with the remaining products, put it in a greased form, fill it with sauce, pour enchilada sauce on top.
We cover the form with a lid or foil, Bake in an oven preheated to 180 C for 25-30 minutes. We take them out of the oven, sprinkle the rolls with finely grated cheese, cover with a lid and let stand for 10 minutes.
