First the juice (I like to use the three-fruit juice pineapple-orange-mango, but any other juice can be used according to personal taste, e.g. orange juice, pineapple juice, etc.) and the juice of the squeezed lemon in the blender.
Then add washed, peeled and, if necessary, roughly chopped fruit (kiwi, ginger and orange peeled and roughly cut into pieces, pitted and chopped apple, cleaned and halved strawberries, washed spinach). Finally, please first add the spinach (it doesn`t taste that good with frozen spinach, slightly watered down. Better use fresh ones) and and optionally a dash of coconut syrup (or honey) and puree.
With a magic wand and a tall mixing bowl / measuring cup, the whole thing works too, of course. But be sure to put the spinach on top, it`s too light for the bottom. Add a dash of water or juice if you like and if you want the consistency. Fill into glasses and serve chilled. Or chilling the juice in advance is enough for me personally.
Makes about 1 liter. As a healthy breakfast or snack, especially suitable in summer. And don`t be afraid of spinach in the smoothie, it tastes great here.

Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling.
