Instructions

  1. Do not peel the green asparagus. Just cut off the dry, woody ends and cut the asparagus into large pieces. Peel and chop the garlic.
  2. Heat a little olive oil in a pan and fry the asparagus for about 4 minutes. Then add the garlic and continue to fry for a good 5 minutes on a lower heat, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  3. The asparagus is pretty firm to the bite. If you like it softer, you can let it sizzle even more. But think of the valuable vitamins that go up more and more when you cook for a long time.
  4. Tastes great with fish or steaks.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
