Ingredients

  • 500 g kiwi (s), peeled and diced
  • 500 g ooseberries, cleaned and washed
  • g 1,000 preservin suar (1: 1)
  • 30 ml rum, white (e.g. Havana Club)

Instructions

  1. Wash, clean and puree the gooseberries. Peel the kiwis and cut into small cubes. Mix everything with preserving sugar in a saucepan, bring it to the boil while stirring and let it boil for about 4 minutes over high heat while stirring constantly. Now stir in the rum. Fill hot into prepared jars and close them immediately.
