Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 250 ml whipped cream
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 500 g ribbon pasta, reen
  • salt
  • Aromat
  • some margarine

Instructions

  1. For the sauce, peel and finely chop the onion and clove of garlic. Fry both in a pan in a little margarine. Add the whipped cream, crème fraîche and processed cheese and stir well. Season the sauce with salt and flavor. Finally fold in the ham cut into small strips.
  2. Cook the ribbon pasta until al dente, drain and serve with the sauce.
  3. There is also a crispy baguette and a mixed fresh salad!
