- 50 g radish reen (approx. 1 bunch)
- 1 medium banana (s), ripe (approx. 00g net)
- 200 ml pear juice, (direct juice)
- 250 g natural yourt, 3.8% or 1.5% fat
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed

- Sort out the radish greens, wash greenish and shake dry.
- Chop the radish greens and add to the blender. Peel the banana and put it in pieces in the blender as well. Puree both together with the lemon juice. Finally add the pear juice and yoghurt and puree everything until the shake is creamy and has a uniform green color.
- Annotation:
- For the radish leaves, please only use the fresh, plump leaves. In addition, it is best to use unsprayed radishes from your own garden or the green of organic radishes.
- Radishes are very healthy and contain, among other things, mustard oil, which is responsible for the slightly pungent taste of radishes and which has an antibacterial effect. Radish greens are said to be even more nutritious than radishes themselves and should therefore not simply be thrown away.
