Ingredients

  • 400 g reen peas from the can, drained
  • salt
  • 50 g butter
  • 1 cube sugar
  • Parsley, fresh
  • 125 ml cream
  • 20 g flour
  • 50 g ham

Instructions

  1. Briefly steam the peas in salted water, strain and then toss in butter. Add sugar and chopped parsley and finally pour in the cream, which has been whisked with flour. Sauté the peas a little and add thin strips of ham.
  2. Tip: You can also add asparagus heads, cauliflower florets or a finely chopped carrot.
