  • 1 small shallot (s)
  • 1 small tomato (s), peeled

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients except for the oil in a universal mixer and chop. When everything is ground relatively well, add the olive oil and continue mixing until it has the consistency of pesto.
  2. Pour over cooked pasta as desired.
