- 1 bunch basil
- 40 g pine nuts
- 40 g parmesan cheese
- 130 ml olive oil
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ pepper
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ sugar
- 1 small shallot (s)
- 1 small tomato (s), peeled

- Put all ingredients except for the oil in a universal mixer and chop. When everything is ground relatively well, add the olive oil and continue mixing until it has the consistency of pesto.
- Pour over cooked pasta as desired.
