Instructions

  1. Cook the potatoes until done, then cut into the top. At the same time, squeeze out the spinach well.
  2. Fry the mushrooms, onions and cherry tomatoes in the pan, add the spinach, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Garlic goes very well with it too. Add the cream cheese and pour everything into the cut potato. Put the cheese on top and grill in the oven at 200 degrees top heat until it has color.
  3. If it doesn`t have to be vegetarian, you can also add diced cate ham.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
