Ingredients
- 500 g pasta (ribbon pasta), reen
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- basil
- oregano
- rosemary
- salt
- pepper
- 500 g crabs
- 200 g ham
- 2 onions)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 50 ml sherry, dry
- 1 can tomato (s), diced
- 1 packet tomato (s), happened
- Worcester sauce
- Paprika powder
- Cayenne pepper

- Make a dressing from the pressed garlic, olive oil, tomato paste, herbs and spices. Mix the crabs with it and let them steep for a while.
- Cook the pasta until al dente.
- Finely chop ham and onions.
- Fry the dressed crabs over high heat. Add ham and onions and sauté briefly.
- Then deglaze with lemon juice and sherry and fold in the diced tomatoes and tomatoes. Season with Worcester sauce, paprika powder and cayenne pepper to taste.
- Let it cook for about 15 minutes with the lid open.
