Ingredients

  • 500 g pasta (ribbon pasta), reen
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • basil
  • oregano
  • rosemary
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 500 g crabs
  • 200 g ham
  • 2 onions)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 50 ml sherry, dry
  • 1 can tomato (s), diced

Instructions

  1. Make a dressing from the pressed garlic, olive oil, tomato paste, herbs and spices. Mix the crabs with it and let them steep for a while.
  2. Cook the pasta until al dente.
  3. Finely chop ham and onions.
  4. Fry the dressed crabs over high heat. Add ham and onions and sauté briefly.
  5. Then deglaze with lemon juice and sherry and fold in the diced tomatoes and tomatoes. Season with Worcester sauce, paprika powder and cayenne pepper to taste.
  6. Let it cook for about 15 minutes with the lid open.
