Ingredients

  • 1 packet ribbon noodles, green
  • 300 ml cream
  • 3 stems dill
  • 3 stalks parsley
  • 200 g salmon, smoked
  • 1 onion (s)
  • Salt and pepper, white
  • 1 ½ tablespoon cream cheese
  • 200 g cheese (rated Gouda cheese)
  • butter
  • 1 leek
  • 1 teaspoon sauce thickener, white
  • nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.
  2. Cut the onion into cubes and sauté in butter until translucent. Add the leek. Pour in the cream and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Add 1.5 spoons of cream cheese and stir. Let simmer for 4 to 5 minutes. Thicken the sauce with one or two teaspoons of white sauce thickener.
  3. Add the chopped dill and parsley. Cut the smoked salmon into strips. Put the pasta in the baking dish and mix with the salmon, pour the sauce over it. In the preheated oven at approx. 200 ° 15min - then pour the grated cheese over it and again for approx. 10min in the oven.
  4. Variety: Potatoes can be used instead of pasta. Boil potatoes with their skin on, quench, peel off the skin and cut into slices. Mix slices with salmon.
