Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- some salt and pepper
- 1 onion (s)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 lettuce (s)
- some tomato (s)
- some parsley

- Mix the oil and vinegar in a salad bowl. Scatter salt and pepper over the top. Cut the onion and garlic into fine cubes and add.
- Wash the lettuce thoroughly with clear water and break it into small pieces. Mix the salad into the dressing.
- To decorate, cut the tomatoes into bite-sized pieces and place on the salad. Wash and chop the parsley and sprinkle it in the middle of the salad.
