Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • some salt and pepper
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 lettuce (s)
  • some tomato (s)
  • some parsley

Instructions

  1. Mix the oil and vinegar in a salad bowl. Scatter salt and pepper over the top. Cut the onion and garlic into fine cubes and add.
  2. Wash the lettuce thoroughly with clear water and break it into small pieces. Mix the salad into the dressing.
  3. To decorate, cut the tomatoes into bite-sized pieces and place on the salad. Wash and chop the parsley and sprinkle it in the middle of the salad.
