Ingredients

  • 5 pack herbs (8-herb mix, frozen)
  • 400 g sour cream
  • 400 g sour cream
  • 6 egg (s), hard-boiled
  • 4 teaspoon, heaped sea salt

Instructions

  1. Mix together the sour cream, sour cream, herbs and salt. Cut the eggs into small pieces (or into mini cubes with the egg cutter) and stir in.
  2. Potatoes, egg quarters, boiled beef and boiled ham go well with it.
  3. You can of course do this with fresh herbs that you chop yourself But I have often tried in vain to get pimpinelle and borage outside of Hessen. I also enjoy being ready in no time and having a clean kitchen.
