Ingredients

  • 250 g couscous
  • 2 onions)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 0.5 ½ cucumber (s)
  • 200 g pineapple, canned
  • 250 g yourt (1.5% fat)
  • 2 tablespoon spice paste (peppermint paste)

Instructions

  1. Cook the couscous and let it cool.
  2. Chop the onion and cucumber and mix with the yogurt, pineapple, peppermint paste and couscous. Now squeeze in the garlic and stir well again. Let it steep for about 1 hour.
  3. Goes wonderfully as a dip with spiced bread or tortillas.
