- 250 g couscous
- 2 onions)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 0.5 ½ cucumber (s)
- 200 g pineapple, canned
- 250 g yourt (1.5% fat)
- 2 tablespoon spice paste (peppermint paste)

- Cook the couscous and let it cool.
- Chop the onion and cucumber and mix with the yogurt, pineapple, peppermint paste and couscous. Now squeeze in the garlic and stir well again. Let it steep for about 1 hour.
- Goes wonderfully as a dip with spiced bread or tortillas.
