Ingredients

  • 150 g reen spelled
  • 250 ml vegetable stock
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar (herb or apple cider vinegar)
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • 4 tablespoon herbs, mixed, chopped
  • 2 tomato (s)
  • 2 carrot (s)
  • 0.5 ½ cucumber (s)
  • 5 radishes
  • 200 g cottae cheese
  • 100 g sheep cheese, diced
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Bring the green spelled to the boil in the vegetable stock. Reduce the heat and simmer the green spelled for approx. 3 minutes. Then let it soak for 40 minutes.
  2. In the meantime wash the vegetables. Dice the tomatoes, finely grate the carrots, cut the cucumber into slices or cubes, and the radishes into slices. Mix everything in a bowl.
  3. For the dressing, mix the vinegar, oil and herbs together and add to the salad along with the swollen greens. Pour the cottage cheese over it. Add the diced sheep cheese. Mix everything together and season with salt and pepper as required.
