Ingredients

  • 1 handful frozen spinach or kale
  • 1 banana (s), ripe
  • 230 ml soy milk (soy drink) or almond milk
  • 60 g oat flakes or spelled flakes
  • 1 ½ teaspoon, heaped chia seeds
  • Syrup or agave syrup

Instructions

  1. Puree the banana, spinach and milk in a blender. Mix with the oatmeal and chia seeds in a bowl and place in the refrigerator. Add syrup or agave syrup as needed for sweetness.
  2. The chia seeds bind the liquid.
  3. You can of course experiment with fruits and vegetables.
